Participation of foreign athletes in 2024 Czechia events is alowed under special conditions:
1. NON permanent residence foreigners can apply for spots in the Czech Cup (highest league) and/or International Czech Championship only. There is no room for foreigners in lower Czechia leagues.
2. For every event the Czech Mountaineering Association will open a limited number of spots for foreign athletes. We are expecting to open 3 - 10 spots at every event depending on local conditions such as climbing wall size, site size and expected number of Czech athletes. Every pre-event information will contain information about the number of available spots.
3. Foreign athletes will be able to register within our registration system available at our website. Every new athlete has to input his/her personal information into the system before his/her first registration attempt. System will close registration for foreign applicants upon reaching the number of allocated spots. Registration will be based on "first come first serve" principles.
4. The Czech Mountaineering Association will hold the right to cancel the foreign athletes application on the day when registration is closed. Usually Tuesday before the event.
5. The entry fee has to be paid via bank transfer upon registration. Fee will be charged in EUR currency. System will generate QR Code for international transfer (SEPA). The single entry fee for U16, U18, U20 and adult events is 40 €. Entry fee for U14, U12, U10 events is 30 €. Foreign athletes have to be able to prove outgoing payment on competition day (in case of international transfer delays).
6. Prizes:
a) On regular Czech Cup events foreign athletes will receive all honors and prizes.
b) On Czech Championship events in the U10 - U20 age group foreign athletes will receive the event medal/diploma only.
c) On the Czech International Championship event in the adult category foreign athletes will receive all honors and prizes.
